What is the difference between generative AI and AI automation? +
Generative AI creates content or answers — text, summaries, drafts, queries on your data. AI automation acts: it executes multi-step workflows, integrating with your systems. Most real solutions combine both.
Which LLMs do you build on? +
Primarily Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT for production, plus open-source models (Llama, Mistral) when data residency or cost demands it. Model selection is part of the design phase, not assumed up front.
Can you build a custom AI assistant for our internal data? +
Yes — typically as a RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) system. Your documents, tickets, knowledge base, or product data become the assistant's grounded source. Hallucinations stay low because answers are constrained to your content.
Is our data safe? +
Yes. We default to vendor APIs that contractually do not train on your data (Anthropic, OpenAI Enterprise/Team, Azure OpenAI). For higher sensitivity we deploy in your own cloud (Bedrock, Vertex, Azure) so data never leaves your perimeter.
How long does it take to deploy a custom AI assistant? +
A scoped RAG pilot ships in 4–8 weeks. Production-grade systems with feedback loops and evaluation tooling take 8–14 weeks.
